Sales Managers will be responsible for driving sales through a team of
agents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ PURPOSE:
Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through :
-Recruiting agents
-Training and developing agents on an ongoing basis

Candidate should possess the following attributes:
-Working with people
-Entrepreneurial and commercial focus
- Result orientation
-Maturity
-High Confidence levels, good Communication

Candidate Profile:
-Should be 25 to 38 years of age
-Should have stable past career employment history.(not less than 1year in present company).
-Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the
local market, and proven track records.
-Candidate should be a graduate / post graduate with 3+ years of experience.

The salary band for this role is 2 lac to 3.45 lac+reimbursements+incentive . However, please note
that the individual salary offered will be decided by the company on a case
to case basis depending upon the candidate capabilities.
